These terms cover the PcPad app for Android, PcPad for Windows and this website, all made by Haven. By using PcPad you agree to them.

Using PcPad

PcPad is free. You may use it on PCs you own, or that you're allowed to control. Don't use it to access, watch or control someone else's PC without their permission.

Your PC and your files

PcPad acts on your PC as a keyboard and touchpad, and with PcPad for Windows it can send files and show the PC's screen on your phone. You're responsible for what you do with it.

Keep copies of important files. We aren't responsible for files that are lost, changed or sent to the wrong place.

If you turn on "Share screen without asking" in PcPad for Windows, paired phones can see your screen without anyone at the PC allowing it.

Privacy

We don't collect your data. The Privacy policy explains what stays on your devices.

No warranty

PcPad is provided "as is", without any warranty. We don't promise it will work with every PC or phone, or without interruption.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Haven isn't liable for any loss or damage from using, or not being able to use, PcPad.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using PcPad after a change means you accept the new terms.
